So the whole losing weight before my birthday didn't really work. I'd like to lose weight, so I've been tracking my steps with some of the other teachers at school. I'm trying to increase my steppage every day in order to help lose weight. I'm also trying to watch a little more carefully what I eat and be more in tune with what I am actually putting into my mouth.
Getting more sleep would also help. Help me out, my loyal blog followers (all, what - one of you?).

oooooohhhhhh, two post day! i'm trying to, but failing miserably! oh well. you can cut calories during the day with lean cuisines or something like that for lunch. and you can always eat 0 calorie foods like celery for a snack!
